As we approach our unit selection day on March 11, associate members are rapidly becoming equity members by putting in their 10% down payments. As there are 36 units, the membership/marketing team has been working hard at inviting new interested parties to information sessions and then to general meetings in the hopes that some of them will ultimately become our future neighbours.
As of early next week, we will have 18 equity members. We are excited to celebrate this landmark and to continue accepting new members.
